Connect your Google Business Profile, tell us how you talk, and we draft replies to new reviews in your voice. You approve every one before it posts.
Connect Google
Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and grant Hostbanter access. We use Google's own sign-in. We never ask for your password, and you can remove access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Teach us your voice
Share how you talk to guests — casual or formal, short or warm, house rules for refunds and apologies. Drafts follow your tone so they sound like you, not a form letter.
Approve every reply
When a new Google review comes in, we draft a reply. You read it, edit it if you want, and click approve. Nothing posts automatically. Skip anything you don't want answered.
Handling negative reviews
Tough reviews get a calm, owner-voice draft. You decide. If a review looks fake or violates Google's policies, we can help you dispute it as an add-on, priced per case, with no removal guarantees.
What we cover
